Generator Product Differences
BLCD-20B joins our GTD Generator Transfer Device and GTD20A Emergency Lighting Relay Control Device in offering energy savings. All permit emergency lighting without night lighting and allow fixtures to be turned off whenever they are not needed for normal lighting.
Although both the GTD20A and BLCD-20B are 20A devices, each delivers unique advantages. The BLCD-20B is smaller and easy to mount in a variety of spaces, and it offers a remote testing capability that permits interface with fire alarms or security panels.
The BLCD-20B Emergency Lighting Control Unit allows fixtures to be turned off whenever normal lighting is not needed without jeopardizing emergency lighting operation. The device is small enough to mount directly onto a junction box to support lighting loads up to 20A.
BLCD-20B Highlights

The GTD20A is larger and offers more functionality to meet diverse application needs. For example, GTD20A can easily be configured to work with a number of dimming applications as either a generator transfer or a switch bypass device.
