Because the path of egress may include partially protected exterior locations (e.g., canopies, stairwells, walkways, parking garages) and interior areas (e.g., basements, warehouses, storage facilities) exposed to moderate amounts of moisture, emergency lighting must accommodate damp conditions. Bodine’s emergency ballasts for damp location fixtures have been designed specifically to meet the challenges of such conditions and are UL Listed for factory or field installation. These ballasts are suitable for use in fixtures with ambient temperatures between 0°C and 50°C.
