End-of-lamp-life-compatible (ELC) Emergency Ballasts Available
A growing number of compact and linear electronic fluorescent AC ballasts utilize end-of-lamp-life (EOL) technology. Bodine’s patented ELC (end-of-lamp-life compatible) circuit allows our fluorescent emergency ballasts (FEBs) to operate these lamps without the issue of shutdown often seen in the pairing of EOL detection circuitry and FEBs.
The B100, B90, B70A, B60 and B50 are in a transition to ELC status.
The B30, B30ST, B50ST and most of our compact FEBs already contain the patented ELC circuit.
