Cold-Pak® Family Expanded

Bodine’s B4CF3 Cold-Pak® extended-temperature compact fluorescent emergency ballast provides emergency lighting in temperatures ranging from -20° C to +55° C (-4° F to +131° F). While the unit operates the same lamps as the B4CF1 and B4CF2 Cold-Pak models, its dimensions – 153 mm x 140 mm x 41 mm (6.0” x 5.5” x 1.62”) – set the B4CF3 apart. With its smaller footprint, the B4CF3 easily fits into fixtures too small to accommodate the B4CF1 or B4CF2, eliminating remote mounting issues while providing reliable, code-compliant emergency lighting.

The B4CF3 operates one 13 - 42 W twin, quad or triple twin-tube, 22 - 40 W T5 circline or 18 - 39 W long compact for at least 90 minutes in the emergency mode. It supplies up to 1250 lumens initial light output at 25° C and is ideal for outdoor egress applications, damp locations and sealed & gasketed fixtures.
